Returns + Exchanges
We provide our customers with a one year, non transferable warranty on our new items. If you have problems with your furniture, please let us know within the first year of ownership of the furniture which you have purchased from us and we will try to do our best in resolving them. Please note that slight variations in consistency of color and texture are normal for natural products like genuine leather and should not be considered as a defect but rather an authentication of the product being genuine.
All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival, except when advertised as being used or a floor model. In case of an item being advertised and/or sold as used or floor model, warranty is not available for such an item.
We can provide replacements of defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported within 7 days of receiving your item. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within the 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. We will be more than happy to offer assistance in the event of damages and any other issues related to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, it is normal for packages to show wear and tear, but it is not normal for there to be gaping holes or pieces falling out! Damages, missing parts, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days from the date that the item was delivered. We assume no responsibility for any problems reported after the 7-day period. Please report damaged items via email. Damages and other issues must be documented by email, because a written record is required. In addition, photo proof may be required. In the event that concealed damage is discovered, please contact us via email. We may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund, the final decision on what shell be done, is ours.
We also offer assembly services at our local store. If you wish to have your furniture assembled by us you will receive the standard warranty on the item(s) you purchased from us and additionally you will receive warranty on the assembly work as well, in case a mishap occurs during assembly. If you decide to assemble the furniture you purchased from us your self, regardless if you have purchased it on-line or picked it up from our local store, you will receive the standard warranty on your item, but you will not receive any coverage in case you make a mistake during assembly and vary or damage the parts. We will not assume any responsibility in this case and will not replace the damaged parts free of charge, although we will be able to order replacement parts for you for a cost in most cases.
